Do you want a free gift?

Can you accept the fact that you don't have to do anything to earn this free gift? Is it okay with you that you only have to accept this gift to receive it and nothing more?

We want you to understand that there are no hidden gimmicks, no special requirements, no strings attached to this gift in any way. Once you accept it, the gift will be 100% yours. This sounds pretty awesome, right?!?

One more clarification question...

If you died today, this very moment, are you absolutely positive that you would go to heaven?

If you hesitated, if you debated, if your answer was anything other than an instant "Yes, I am positive that my sins are forgiven and I will spend eternity in Heaven when I die," then you need to read below to learn about the free gift that God is offering you today!

You may be thinking that receiving a free gift from God is almost too good to be true. We’ve all been taught that nothing is truly free, right? In this case you are both right and wrong. This gift from God to you is free, but it cost Jesus His life. That’s what makes this such a wonderful gift!

Jesus willingly gave up His life on a Roman cross more than 2000 years ago so that God could offer each of us the free gift of eternal life. There is nothing that we can do to earn this gift. It's a simple matter of faith in Jesus.

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast."
~Ephesians 2:8-9~

"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
~Romans 6:23~

Each of us has sin in our lives. If we have lied, stolen, lusted, desired something that belongs to someone else, or any other number of sins that would separate us from God, then we deserve eternal death. Jesus took our place so that we would not have to endure that death! Now all we need to do is accept the free gift that God is offering. "God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
~Romans 5:8~

You need to understand one very important thing. There is only one way to receive the free gift God offers and that is by coming to God through Jesus. Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me."
~John 14:6~

With that in mind, there are five main steps to accepting your free gift from God:

Admit
You must admit that you are a sinner. This can be a difficult thing to do for many people, but it is the first step we all must take towards receiving the wonderful Gift that God offer us.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" ~Romans 3:23~

"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned." ~Romans 5:12~

"If we say that we have not sinned,
we make him a liar, and his word is not in us." ~1 John 1:10~

Confess
Now that you are in agreement with God that you are a sinner you must confess your sin openly to God.

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." ~I John 1:9~

Believe
You must believe that Jesus died for your sins, was buried, and rose from the dead.

"If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you
confess and are saved." ~Romans 10:9-10~

"For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life." ~John 3:16~

Repent
You must repent of your sins; the old lifestyle you have been living. When you repent it means that you are sorry that you have sinned against God. Repentance literally means to turn around and change direction. You are making the choice to turn from a life of sin and begin a new life of obedience to God.

"Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord." ~Acts 3:19~

Receive
The free gift is offered to you. Now you have to receive it willingly and thankfully. It’s impossible to receive a gift unless you take the step to accept it from the Giver. It’s time to invite Jesus into your heart. Receive Him as your personal Lord and Savior.

"Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God..." ~ John 1:12~

Are you ready to receive the free gift Jesus offers you today?

Do you believe that no matter how many "good works" you do in this life you cannot earn the free gift of eternal salvation?

Can you admit that you are a sinner living outside of God's will for your life?

Are you ready to confess your sinfulness before your loving God so that He can forgive and purify your life?

Do you believe that Jesus died for your sins and rose from the dead so that you could receive the free gift of eternal life?

Are you ready to turn from your current lifestyle and begin living your life for God?

If you answered "YES" to all of these questions then pray the following prayer and receive the free gift of eternal life with Jesus, TODAY!

Dear Jesus, I want to have a personal relationship with you. I confess that I’m a sinner and that I deserve the death you died for me. Thank you for taking my sins and dying on a cross in my place. I believe you died for me, and I accept your free gift of salvation. Thank you Jesus. I love you. Amen.
